SNICKERS CUPS

 SNICKERS CUPS

INGREDIENTS

• 12 oz milk chocolate chips

• ½ cup chopped peanuts

• ½ cup peanut butter

• ¾ cup powdered sugar

• 1 cup caramel bits

• 2 tablespoons water

METHOD

Step 1: Line a muffin pan with mini paper liners. Regular-size liners can also be used for larger cups.

Step 2: Melt about half of the chocolate chips gently, stirring until smooth.

Step 3: Spoon a little melted chocolate into each liner. Spread it over the bottom and slightly up the sides to form a shell.

Step 4: Refrigerate until the chocolate shells are firm.

Step 5: In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and chopped peanuts. Mix until a thick filling forms.

Step 6: Place a small portion of the peanut butter filling into each chocolate shell, leaving space for the caramel and chocolate topping.

Step 7: Heat the caramel bits with the water according to package directions, stirring until smooth. Carefully spoon a little caramel over the filling.

Step 8: Melt the remaining chocolate and spoon it over each cup, sealing the edges.

Step 9: Refrigerate until completely set.

Step 10: Remove from the liners and enjoy your homemade Snickers Cups!

YIELD

Approximately 12–18 cups, depending on liner size.
